The build focus is to kill people with money. people love money, and it is everywhere. all pro ninjas come equipped with cold fusion powered ninja railguns to shoot various coinages into vital spots at 5,400 mph. why don't you see them? because they are NINJA RAILGUNS.
The purpose in woe is to kill rich people like Creos and Champs. for some reason, money does not often kill poor people like palladins and jameshroomed.

I thought I was pretty obvious. although I'm not on neuro and did this ninja elsewhere, I have to say throw zeny stalker would be better in woe, and zeny ninja is good for conquest.
and if your bragi is good (130int required) then it drops people pretty fast.

there was a stalker strat I wanted to use that requires the beach set (fire resist stuff) and rwc gold hat on blah blah server. but now I'm not so sure since they did a wipe.
what is bg like on neuro?

If throw zeny is any good I like to see this. Basically it competes with North Wind for usability.

Actually, one of the biggest advantages that Throw Zeny has is that it ignores the target's defense, just like Asura. This can be really helpful. *_*

If it pierces DEF, then I feel it is meh.
If it pierces racial and elemental resistance, then it has potential.

on brawlro rankings, top damage was 9600, probably due to lex.
it ignores armordef and woe/bg reduction.
it does not ignore thara, horn, or defender.
it does not pass normal status effects. I have not tested for mailbreaker //coma (they behave differently)
%demihuman effects and hydra card will not boost damage. actually, nothing helps except attackspeed.
for woe its probably better on stalker. 130int bragi required.
